Splash! Raises $65,000 for MITA

Last Thursday, we welcomed nearly 250 of our friends and supporters to this year’s Splash! celebration at East Coast Yacht Sales in Yarmouth. It was an incredible evening, and wow, did we have fun.

Thanks to the support of so many people in our community, we were able to raise $65,000 for MITA’s programming at this year’s Splash! This was by far the most impactful Splash! that we’ve ever hosted from a fundraising standpoint, and we are just so grateful to all of you who were able to participate.

MITA’s programming is constant throughout the summer, and it takes a lot of effort and funding to keep the Maine Island Trail well maintained and accessible for all. Your generous support of Splash! will help keep our mission alive, and the Trail thriving.

If you had a great time, or are sorry you missed it, then we hope you’ll join us for our midsummer fundraiser! We’ll once again be hosting the Warren Island Dock & Dine from 12-3pm on Saturday, July 26 in partnership with Big Tree Catering (who provided all of the spectacular food for Splash!), and we are really looking forward to an amazing and lavish lunch out on Warren Island.
