We are partnering with the James Beard Award-winning team at Big Tree Hospitality (owners of Eventide Oyster Co. and The Honey Paw) to once again bring you an exquisite summer lunch at Warren Island State Park, Maine’s only state-managed saltwater park developed especially for boaters.
We will convene on the island from 12-3pm on Saturday, July 26 for a beautiful afternoon of exceptional, picnic-perfect food and beverage that will appeal to the whole family. So yes, please bring the kids!
While taking your own (or a friend’s) boat is certainly the easiest way to reach Warren Island, MITA will be offering complimentary transportation from the Islesboro Ferry Terminal to guests who choose to take the ferry from Lincolnville.
Warren Island has 10 guest moorings in the harbor, an anchorage with good holding, and plenty of places to haul up a kayak.
Tickets for this special fundraiser are $125 for adults and $50 for children, with your daily park fee included in the price.
